Jordan Fox
JFI Real Estate Management was founded by Jordan Fox, a commercial and association property manager with more than a decade of experience across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and association assets. He began his career in a family-operated real estate business, gaining hands-on experience in leasing, management, and day-to-day operations before advancing into larger institutional roles.
Jordan continued a multi-generation family tradition of service in the United States Air Force, where he worked on mechanical and facility systems. His service shaped a disciplined, mission-focused approach grounded in Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do, principles that continue to guide JFI’s fiduciary stewardship, operational rigor, and client-first approach.
He subsequently transitioned into commercial real estate and development, managing national retail portfolios exceeding one million square feet across multiple states. In parallel, Jordan built his own investment portfolio, beginning in Nevada and continuing to acquire and operate properties in both Nevada and Maryland.
Today, his owner-operator perspective shapes JFI’s management philosophy, emphasizing rigorous financial oversight, direct communication, and long-term asset performance on behalf of the clients and communities the firm serves.
Kimberly Sherrill
Kimberly Sherrill has been instrumental to JFI Real Estate Management since its early formation, bringing more than 45 years of experience in residential real estate and property management. As a seasoned producer, she joined the firm with an established residential portfolio, helping to accelerate JFI’s early growth and expand its residential and condominium footprint.
Kimberly holds real estate licenses in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia and is a highly skilled negotiator with deep experience spanning high-rise residential condominiums, condominium associations, and single-family homes. Her extensive market knowledge and transaction experience provide JFI with seasoned residential insight that complements the firm’s commercial and association platform.
Her background significantly strengthens JFI’s ability to serve a diverse client base across the region, particularly where residential and association expertise are essential to long-term asset performance.
